The BUYER agrees to undertake in good faith, as soon as possible and at his own expense, all necessary steps with the appropriate authorities to obtain confirmation that the intended use of the property complies with the relevant zoning provisions.

The SELLER will not provide the BUYER with any certificate of staking and/or location.

The lot numbers and sizes of the subdivided lots presented as part of the subdivision project are currently unofficial and unregistered in the Land Register of Québec.
