*Non-smoking apartment, including cannabis and other substances.
*No pets (under any circumstances).
*No Airbnb or short-term rentals.
*No alterations or painting in the apartment.
*No disruptive noise or loud music at any time.
*The number of occupants must comply with the apartment's capacity.
*The TENANT must agree to a credit check being carried out by the listing broker.
*References from previous landlords are required.
*The TENANT must ensure that the interior of the property is properly maintained (cleaning, dusting, cleaning surfaces, appliances, etc.) throughout the duration of the occupancy and to return the premises in the same condition as when they were occupied.
*The TENANT must take out tenant liability insurance on the date
of occupancy and for the duration of the lease.
